For a hospital it has nice modern facilities with a pleasant view back over the City. The nurses were very helpful and attentive. Lead Surgeon was thorough and informative. All in all a faultless experience

I’m very happy with the care and support from this hospital. Had surgery on my fractured heel Monday 2nd November 2020, all of the staff have been amazing Surgeons-anaesthetists, nurses and other staff that work for the surgical centre. Staff on clove & maple ward were really caring and organised, the hospital is very clean and modern. It lessened the worry for me having had such a painful injury and procedure. Utterly disappointing, the only people who know how to do their jobs there are nurses, management is terrible. Doctors have no time to explain anything, every time you see someone else who gives you completely contradicting information to the previous person you saw. Average waiting time to be seen when you arrive for your scheduled appointment is 1,5 hours if you're lucky. At appointments you seem to be disturbing the clinician and you are rushed out once they take a glance at you. Outpatient for nearly 2 years, nothing sorted. They like to get paid for wasting everyone's time and not actually helping patients.
From start to finish a perfect experience. Everything was explained in detail, the care was first class. Very clean room. NHS at it's very best. My hip replacement is healing nicely
