I would like to mention that the receptionists I’ve spoken to during the past week have been very polite and helpful leaving me to feel good about my situation after calling.
Dr Ruiz is lovely and I now feel at ease after getting to the bottom of my issues. It is refreshing to feel positive after calling as in the past it hasn’t been the same. Overall good customer service :)
EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE! Over the course of 2 years visiting this clinic- Receptionist staff are always very rude! And doctors have always been very rude and patronising and they contradict their own medical advice. Very unprofessional. They have an attitude of hating their jobs and they take it out on their patients and treat them like punching bags. WILL NOT RECOMMEND going here!!

did not give an appointment with a doctor with a temperature of 38 (before covid19), there was no patients in the building
Absolute rubbish !!!!! Waiting for a telephone appointment between 9 and 12 no one calls me. Have no missed call rang reception at 1.30 asking where my telephone consultation was and apparently she rang me at 11.30 rubbish no one called me. Waited for 3 days for this appointment and no one called, rubbish doctors , pity the elderly at this clinic and people who really.need their help . Changing my doctors asap !!!!!!! Fuming
