worst GP ever. I've been calling for weeks and all they tell me is to "call tomorrow". My baby brother has been constipated for over 3 weeks now and the GP does not want to prescribe him medicine to ease his pain. This is absolutely shameful as I've told them multiple times that he is having difficulty doing his toilet. we cannot wait for a useless appointment as he is fine. he has no temperature, fever, headache etc, what is the need of booking a appointment when you can get straight into prescribing him something? Also the receptionist are very unprofessional, they will say anything to avoid the main problem. They told us to go and ask the pharmacy for medicine so that we can buy it. This is not a small issue like buying paracetamol. we need the GP to prescribe something so then we can go and buy it. the NHS needs to keep an eye on them as this is not a one time issue, it has happened multiple times and I am not impressed.

Very inefficient service and many times poorly organised service by the practice. Arranging an appointment is a nightmare and very lucky to get through. Sometimes find the reception staff are rude and abrupt.

~ This review is sorely based on 'The Azad Practice', which is the 1st floor of the Boleyn Medical Centre. ~ This is the missus local GP, so I've been here with her many times over the years... The location of this centre wasn't hard to find or anything, if you're local, getting here is easy as but if this wasn't the case, there is the local buses that go through here.If you were looking for like a train station, Upton Park and East Ham are you options. The place itself is fine, it has your local GP feel, doesn't seem too old, it has enough seating for your average day, baby changing section within the toilets. (Funny note, i like how the chairs have 'Azad' on the backs, i'm guessing the other levels of practices have stolen chairs from here in the recent past...) Everyone who works here is super nice and friendly, respect them for that. Highly recommended.

I don't recommend this GP!!! Basically using phone is useless you must go there to collect prescription, you must get an appointment to find out the result, so over the phone nothing works!!! When I had emergency I had to wait until morning, of course I had to call different surgeries!!! They also make late appointments!!!! They make unnecessarily appointments like getting the result, filling up the form for pap smear for not having pap smear done, they could easily give to reception and making appointments to others who really need appointments! I never ever will do a pap smear there in my life I tried once she couldn't find my cervix! :))) If I'll ever do it, I make sure to find someone good!!! From this surgery who I like is Mrs Bina, she's lovely and compassionate, wish her all the best!!! I'm planning to change my GP!!!
