Easy to get through whenever I phone. It's really easy to communicate with the doctors or admin staff via the app. This saves me having to phone in or come to the GP. The doctors have been compassionate and taken my health concerns seriously and have been quick to refer me when they thought necessary. I have the had flu vaccine for my son and we were never kept waiting longer than necessary. I also like that there is a small car park for patients.
I would definitely recommend this surgery.

Dr IQ appointment, doctor called me back the same day. She was very polite and helpful. The app is better than I thought. I really like it as it is efficient.
Really friendly surgery, Alfie from reception was really helpful on the phone to me regarding my test results, very re-assuring and understood my needs of help. When I visited last week my GP was very assertive and understanding, quick and efficient with arranging a full blood count, she was really kind & helpful thank you so much for amazing service considering how rushed off your feet you must be at times like these! :)
