Trying to get a blood test done for 4 months now. Today was my last straw everyone leaves at 3 so i cant get it done. I finish work at 7am and for 4 months i coudnt get this done... Just ripped my blood test papers as its pointless to even try.

Worst experience ever, I think I and my family will need to change the GP. They say they open 2pm but they said the staff is on lunch time will take more time to open around 15-20 min. Plus reception doesn't know anything,why are they even reception for? What those people get paid for?

Terrible service. Reception doesn’t know anything you ask them . Too many patients and only 2 ladies pick up appointments by phone .
