Register somewhere else these people are most unprofessional you would ever come across.
I have been calling regularly and telling them I am in pain. The response I always get we can't do anything we will request a scan. I came to know after 2 months that they even forgot to request scan. On top in last three years they couldn't update my address. Every time they tell it will be done. Rude and incompetent staff.
This place has gone down hill, at times no ones answering the phone. Out of curiosity I went to the surgery only to see 3 to 4 reception colleagues sitting and chatting to each other ignoring the phone calls.
No sense of urgency to deal with patients on the que.
Also druggies hanging around the slip road waiting for their next fix from their drug dealer (who lives on 98 Upton Lane)
The reception staff is very rude. How they can forgot to send our detail to hospital. Whenever we called them they said our receptionist lady forgot to send your record to hospital. Ridiculous!!!
And Dr sinha (Male) and Dr J kohli (Female ) both are very unprofessional & Rude as well and they have no sense how to talk with patients.
I wish I could give them 0.00000 rating but unfortunately there is no option 🙄
Totally unprofessional staff and its one of the worst | useless sungry i have seen in the whole country. My humble request to everyone pls don't register here if you value your health when you'll call them to book an appointment and they said we already booked bla blathey just waste our time NHS should cancel their licence immediately and take action against them.
Ive been caller number 1 for 2 hours and eventually given up. Also they say the close at 7:30...
6:45 noone is in the surgery. Its closed. I needed to pick up something.
