I have been suffering from ingrowing toenail since January 2020. I received several appointment with them and every time either they cut the nail slightly or change the bandage. However, it get worst day by day, eventually they refer me to hospital for nail surgery after spending 8 months without any positive result. This is just waste of NHS money and risking the patient. They should be investigated by the NHS authorities.
This clinic doesn't even deserve 1 star.
The worst place ever. Went in for an emergency appointment and was disgraced with the person who delt with me. Unexperienced and genuinely rude and unkind, the type.of.people you.would never want to meet.....
It’s good you can self refer there without waiting for your GP. Went with my mum few times to drive her there. First appointment was good but had to wait two hours to be seen. From there it looked like the staff just kept telling us different advice contradicting from the visit before so we gave up and self discharged at the end.
Really not that great. I have plantar fasciitis and the advice was never the same. The same person never follows me up and at the follow up I was told that the person I saw last time did not give me right advise. So I was none the wiser.
So now I just get used to the pain and don’t bother coming here.
