This review is mostly about gynaecologist services provided by Renata Karaliene. Being 39 years old woman I was literally bullied on the pay consultation by this woman (don’t want to say ‘Doctor’ or a ‘Lady’ cause simply cannot relate these titles to her) for recent miscarriage and coming to her for an advice. She was very rude, mean and inadequate. For instance on the question about hormones during ovulation she chose to say “I am not wasting my time explaining this to you..” This makes me think she is not competent or simply cannot express herself not in English not in Russian languages. Worst experience, wasted time, negative feelings. I’d strongly recommend not to waste not your time not money coming to see this woman and as a result of this unprofessionalism the entire medical center.
The best clinic in London, special Dr Renata the best high professional woman doctor and the best person.
In my experience who looking for best service on woman problem it’s the best of best 200% I’m highly recommended.
5 stars because of dr. Renata. Dissapointed in receptionists job.Two times asked my DOB, but still make mistakes on it. Also when I said that I want to cancel my appointment she,, forget,, about it
