After a cancelled French holiday due to covid, we really couldn't have wished to find a more beautiful, peaceful and friendly spot for a much needed summer Scottish break. Set in acres of land which is well worth exploring.The owners couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. We fed chickens, lambs and our dog had an absolute ball.
The caravan was well equipped and everything was all covid friendly.
Nairn and it's gorgeous beach was just 10 minutes drive away, with many other stunning beaches, lochs and tourist locations within easy reach of this lovely little location.
All rather beautiful and would definitely recommend a visit.
As the name suggests, a hidden oasis; a delightful farm setting where the children can help feed the animals and collect eggs from the free range chickens; the grounds has its own lake complete with rowing boat for use (no hire charge, just climb in!); plenty to do and ses around here to, and the nearby town of Nairn has amazing beaches. Worth a visit if you know Shakespeare too...
Staff were wonderful too.
Great place to get away from it all . Hosts are very helpful and friendly. Chalet was spotless . Loved seeing woodpeckers and red squirrels close up and spending time with the friendly sheep and chickens on site.
Loads of beautiful places to visit within 45 minutes.
Great, peaceful with added wildlife
My wife and I have just spent a week here and this has been one of the best holidays ever. We used to go sightseeing in the morning, lunch, and then back to the caravan to enjoy the views and wildlife. The caravan itself was spotless with everything you could wish for. The peace and quiet was priceless and a big thank you to Theresa and Peter who continually improve the site. A labour of love for sure. Everyone was cheerful and very helpful and made sure we had everything we wanted. The eggs would need a page of their own. See the website, it is accurate and comprehensive. Enjoy.
