There was rude no manners
I had one of the worst experience from this place. I booked a mini cab to go to Heathrow to pick a family member. Half way there I started to smell petrol fumes and I told the driver. Diver completely ignored my concern and kept driving. When we were near Heathrow the fumes got so bad that I couldn't breathe and even the driver himself was feeling dizzy but kept driving. When I told the mini cab office about the incident they were rude and didn't even care. When I came home i felt so bad and vomited. This is when I decided to do a official complaint to Transport of London. NEVER EVER WILL I USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN !
