It's got 3 star cause the app said driver was 2 mins away for 5 mins and 1 mins away 10 mins good cheap prices
The cab driver did not wear his mask through the whole journey. When we queried this he said "i don't like to wear the mask" and "i breath in my own air and it makes me unwell after a few hours of driving". If i didn't have an important hospital appointment in London i would have got out. I was accompanied with my 80 year old dad. Very unreasonable, unsafe, irresponsible and put me and my elderly dad at risk. I will be making a formal complaint.
The operator is very rude and disrespectful.
During day and some time during night this Office is shut but works thorough phone from abroad which is illegal, and puts every ones life in danger.
