OMG! What rude staff! I don't think I've been into any post office anywhere and been talked to so rudely! I'd use a post office somewhere else if you want friendly customer service! No need for it..I left in tears after speaking to both counter staff..what an unpleasant experience . :-(
Very helpful when I left glasses on counter and struggled with a return item. Gentleman really knows his way around some of the complexities of Royal Mail.
Manager is rude to customers but nowhere near as rude as he is to staff in front of customers. Complained to Royal Mail about him twice and nothing has changed.
As long as the current man in charge is working there I will not use this Post Office again, he is incredibly rude and borderline aggressive.
Paid for digital Passport service. Photos were returned by Passport Office. Newtown Post Office refused liability as they say this paid service is not guaranteed. I took my custom to a High Street Photographer and had no problem at all. My advice, look at the very small print before handing over money and find more understanding Staff!
