Keith and His team always go above and beyond. I have been a client for over 10 years and have never left unsatisfied. Keith is the first person I am to recommend if someone says they have a tension headache or a sports injury. I never feel pressured into follow up appointments if they aren't needed. I wouldn't go elsewhere.

I have been seeing Keith for over 15 years. There are not too many injuries I haven't tried and Keith has mended them all!

I have been a client at Barolin Physiotherapy for several years and have not once ever been dissatisfied with any of the treatments which I have received. In fact, having been to different physiotherapists over the years, the best treatment I have ever had is by Keith Dell. He is very thorough in diagnosing problems, his physio skills are second to none, he is a very good listener and I would not surpass Keith to attend any other practice. Future appointments have been left to my own discretion and quite often he has done such a good job the first time around that I have not needed to have a follow up appointment. If I feel I need further treatments then I will phone and make an appointment. I have received nothing but the best of care from Keith Dell and my recommendation cannot come highly enough. Keith runs right on time and unlike a doctor’s surgery you are not waiting for an hour after your scheduled appointment time. It’s 10 out of 10 from me. Of course I must mention the friendly receptionists. I have always been greeted with a smile and the ladies are happy to engage in conversation. They too, are what contributes to a welcoming atmosphere.

I've been with Barolin Physiotherapy for over 10 years, through different owners and have always found them to be friendly and very knowledgeable about all facets of physiotherapy and precautionary exercises. I also receive acupuncture on a weekly bases. If I didn't see Keith every week I doubt my quality of life would be anything to talk about. If I ring in the morning I can always be assured of an appointment. I would recommend, and do recommend, all my friends and associates to see all the wonderful staff at Barolin Physiotherapy. I always say Keith and his staff have wonderful healing hands. You only give me four stars to pick from but I would happily give them a 10. Thankyou

I was referred here by my doctor for back and neck problems. Despite being very clear about what I wanted from the session, the physio failed to address my requirements. He did very little and suggested that later sessions would provide for my requirements. I felt like I was being strung along for a series of appointments just to maximize revenue. I will not be going back and would not recommend this practice.
