Paul and his team are fantastic. Always punctual, courteous and have worked wonders on my back. The first time I visited the physio nook I was pleased that my issue was sorted in 2 visits and there was no pressure for a follow up visit, but I was told not to hesitate to contact them if I had any issues. Years later, as I am older and my back likes to remind me of the aging process, I now have a regular maintenance regime with Paul that keeps me moving and pain free. Thanks to the the Physio Nook team.

Paul is a friendly and approachable physio that hasn't oversold his services to me. Over a handful of appointments he has significantly improved my issues to the point I am almost back to normal, which is quite a step given I experienced my worst back problems for 30 years.

Highly recommended. Paul has treated my shoulder condition for the last year and is always professional and friendly. I appreciate the appointment reminders and they are also really flexible if you need to change appointment times.
