Back in Motion Physiotherapy Vancouver

If you want to get better, this is the place to go. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and smart. They know about your job, and the difficulty you have at work, home etc. They know how to get you get better, and get you back to where you need to be. I am now almost where I need to be. Thanks, Trevor, Weldon, and Mallory in helping me get better. Their training has not only strengthened my body, but has given me a lot of motivation, and courage to do my job in a very difficult environment. I will not hesitate to use them again. They work as a team, and they work for you. It is a results oriented team. They also have free parking.

Jamie is the best. He pays a lot of attention and finds the root cause efficiently. I appreciate his focus and care.

I called this location because I was looking for a specific product. If you don't sell individual products for rehab then you shouldn't have to ask someone else who works there if you carry this product. If you ONLY provide services then the answer should have been pretty straight forward, 'No we only provide services for physiotherapy and we sell no products....". Should have been a simple answer that didn't need double checking.

I booked an appointment by phone. The physiotherapist did not come into work. I sat in the waiting area for 35 minutes after I checked in for them to realise the physiotherapist was not in. They did not offer a solution. They said he is booked out tonight and so is everyone else. Im am extremely un happy with the service. Wasted my time and energy to drive out here i do not recommend back in motion to anybody.
