I have been working with Holly, an osteopath at The Performance Clinic, for about 3 to 4 months now. Holly has been wonderful to work with. She has been able to easily interpret my descriptions of how I am feeling in my body and my goals, and then come up with ways I can improve things. Holly has even noticed things, like imbalances, that many other physios have never noticed! After a few months I already feel a difference in the way I move and need my knee braces a lot less than before. I would definitely suggest her to friends and family.

I have tried a number of physios over the years with a range of different sporting injuries and I have found The Performance Clinic to be the most helpful of all. It proved difficult to find a good physiotherapy clinic, but I have been seeing Ryan for a good few months now and the way he explains everything in an easy to understand manner is so helpful. The work he has done so far with me has put everything clear in my head and body and I feel that any problem I have, Ryan will have a good step by step solution to it. Highly recommended to anyone, no matter what level of sport or fitness.

I've used The Performance Clinic twice over the last couple of years or so and both times have been blown away by the results! Both times the therapists have been really friendly, understanding and their depth of knowledge seems far and away better than any other physios I've visited. I've enjoyed every session I've had here and I certainly won't be going anywhere else if I need treatment in the future!

I ve been to The Performance Clinic a number of times now for different related injuries and each time Ryan has managed to fix and get me back to full working order again, the injuries have ranged from exercise to work related. i ve been given a range of exercises to help get me back to fitness.
