The most amazing eye hospital ❤️ Thank you for looking after my Dad. My dad’s eye surgery went well and I am so forever grateful for that. Thank you once again 🙏🌸💐🌹🌺🌷🌻 You have been amazing! Everyone was so nice and was so professional! My dad has hearing problems but they did not raise their voices and was super gentle to him which I appreciated. Sutherland hospital staffs screamed in his ears abruptly which was very unprofessional. I also got an embedded eye lash (foreign object) removed from my eyes, I couldn’t see for weeks due to my eyes being infected but they fixed it, thank you once again.

Went to Sydney eye hospital for a 9am appointment. Very poorly managed. It’s 1pm now still not finished. I can understand a wait time of an hour or two but this is unacceptable. You could just ask patients to come at later time if you won’t be able to see them on time. I had to drive the peak hour traffic to get here on time only to wait for several hours!! I would tell you to avoid but you are poor and this is ur only choice!

Rang and was informed Eye Doctors are on duty from 7am... Arrived at 7am to find Eye Doctors don't come on duty until 8:30am. No wonder people get fed up with the public health system.

Was seen by a registrar with 5 days of increasingly excruciating eye pain only to be told to go home and continue with drops and ointment. No specialist was consulted. No pain relief mentioned. I needed surgical treatment which was performed by corneal specialist next day. Will never recommend going there unless the problem is something simple.
