Crusader Surgery

Absolutely disgusting! My fella phoned to make an appointment to see the doctor as after the tragic death of his niece he’s become very depressed and made an attempt to take his own life. So he calls the doctors, is then asked very nosey questions by the receptionist, He told her he desperately needs some help n needs to see the doctor. He was told the doctor would call back an tell him if he needs an appointment! 3 hours later the receptionist calls back NOT EVEN A DOCTOR! Leaves a very unclear almost unintelligible voicemail stating: The doctor said he needs to phone the crisis help line n ask them for help! SERIOUSLY! Someone calls begging for help is quizzed by the receptionist! Tells her he’s in a bad way needs help! He doesn’t even get a call from the doctor to find out what’s wrong to understand his case! No the doctor tells the receptionist to call back and fob him off to a crisis line!!! The poor guy! It’s so difficult for him to ask for help he does it an The doctor doesn’t even bother to talk to him themselves! Then at 4pm I called back to have the phone ring for 15 minutes telling me my calls important THEN ANSWERED AND CUT OFF! It’s absolutely atrocious!

Have been trying to call all morning and day! Its either constantly busy or if it does ring nobody answers. I am the only receptionist in a busy dealership and still manage to answer most phone calls. I understand that there is a crisis going on at the moment. But this cant wait and is too important to just brush off. Really disappointed with this doctors surgery as it used to be amazing, until they merged with the other doctors surgery in Great Clacton.

Not the best a nightmare trying to call up from 8am, called over 300 times. To be told no call appointments left again. I have to get both my sons also to call up at the same time. Just as long. The rude young receptionist that need to go to charm school had the cheek to call me rude when it state quite clearly on the website they open at 8:30-1. Terrible service. My vulnerable partner had an appointment to get a flu jab, only to be told on arrival that they had moved the appointment to North Rd, did he not get the message? No, he didn't! Pouring down with rain and him on a walking stick. Not a happy bunny 😡 oh, I forgot to mention, while he was standing there with the help of his walking stick, he was asked if he was walking or driving 😂 Are these people actually getting paid for their acumen?!!!!!!!!!

I have recently moved from Colchester to Clacton and registered with Crusader Surgery. I have been contacted by their Respiratory nurse and offered a service that was not an option in Colchester. I am very very impressed so far with everything I've seen and the service in these difficult times.
