Honestly cant speak highly enough of Simon and his lovely receptionist , they always go out of their to help. After years of ongoing neck, back and shoulder issues I have FINALLY found a physio who can help and offer relief and great advice. THANKS so much ! I feel so much more confident in resuming my usual lifestyle and exercise routine. You guys are the best 😊

I've had a sore lower back for the past 8 months. Since being treated by Sophie my back is undoubtedly feeling brand new again. It's taken 4 weeks, 2-3 weekly sessions and being compliant with Sophie's advice on exercises and OMG, my back is sooo happy again, moving around without pain. Thank you Sophie. Forever in your debt! After years of other treatments to help with my back pain I feel like Simon has taken the time to find what works for me and the results have been freeing, in only a few sessions. I do not feel like its a one size fits all kind of treatment I go in knowing Simon will take the time to assess and alter my treatment accordingly. Everyone there is so lovely and genuine.

I sneezed and my muscles flexed in reaction giving me back and chest pain. Leonie saw me on short notice and I'm going back next week 😃 all the staff were kind and welcoming... highly recommend
