From being told I'd not be able to run much, due to patellar tendonitis, John has helped me make a full recovery. He knows exactly how to tackle issues and was exceptional in his treatment. Due to his deep insight, John is able to identify exactly the problem areas and target them with very simple painless exercises. Highly recommend him !

A brilliant physiotherapist . Highly professional, very adept at identifying the musculo skeletal issues in no time at all and helps all the way until we make a complete recovery with the right kind of excercises. Most of the exercises are so simple , easy to practise at home. Highly recommend John for his great work.

I can't rate John highly enough. After being referred to him in early 2019 with a shoulder injury, I feared I'd never be able to train upper body with weights again. It's been a long journey with rehab, but I am finally pain free and have regained full mobility, which had been significantly impacted. I'm also back to training, which is incredible considering at one point I couldn't even manage a lateral raise with 1kg dumbbells. John has also supported me with various other injuries that occured during lockdown - this was all done virtually, which was incredible! If you're looking for an expert physiotherapist who takes into consideration the whole person, including their mental health and hobbies, I highly recommend you book in to see John.
