A five-star=rating for Hayley at Pro Point for her professionalism and very kind manner, advice and treatment for the aches and pans I’ve had since last April. First, she treated the plantar fasciitis I had in both feet with her ‘shockwave therapy’ which cured the problem in just a few weeks. The arthritis I have in my feet seems to have died-down as well so thank you Hayley. However, Hayley has been trying to help with the arthritis I have in both knees which is much more advanced. She has been giving me ultrasound treatment and acupuncture treatment on both knees twice-weekly as the effects of both treatments only last a day-or-so each time. Once she’d seen x-rays of my knees Hayley referred me to a previous colleague of hers who has a private orthopaedic clinic in Weymouth. He gave me ‘Cingal’ injections in both knees last Friday. It’s now Wednesday and the pain has gone down from 100% to 30 - 35%. This has changed my life! Thank you Hayley for looking after me so well since we met in January. I will (and do) recommend you to anyone needing any of your treatments and will of course continue treatment with you to see if we can get this 30 - 35% pain down still further!

So glad I went to see Craig at Pro Point Physio. The whole treatment was inclusive of all matters in my life that contributed to my painful facet joints. To be honest, each session not only did I leave feeling my neck was less painful, but also positive about lots of things Craig helped with. Top chap and great knowledge.

Hayley was very professional and identified an issue I didn't know I had and made arrangements for me to see my GP straight away.
