Head2Toe Physio

I had my first physio appointment today with Mel, She made me feel super comfortable as I was a little nervous, but she explained everything to me and made me feel at ease.. my back feels incredible and I cant wait to be back for my follow up! Would 100% recommend Mel over and over again :)

I have received physio treatment and advice from Gareth for several injuries/conditions over the years. Last year I had become quite concerned with ongoing discomfort that defied repeated 'remote' treatment by a GP. A very thorough exam confirmed Gareth's initial suspicion that it was a specific muscular issue rather than something more sinister. I was extremely releived to go away and practice the peculiar but effective exercises!

The fact that you can park literally just by the entrance is very convenient... and free! This is nothing compared to the amazing results I always get after a physio session. I am a nursing assistant, this means a lot of physical strain leading to regular pains, some that go by themselves, others that require some therapy. I have used Head2toe Crawley for over 10 years, and thanks to Mr Florida-James, have NEVER had to miss work. Sometimes the treatment can cause some discomfort but it is always worth it as it has always enabled me to keep working. I am very glad to be able to show my gratitude by writing this review.

Excellent service from lovely staff in pleasant treatment rooms. Mel has treated me for sciatica and a shoulder injury and has sensible advice and treatment that works.
