Been working with Sam for the last 2 months and he's been very instructional with the exercises he gives to me. Not only does he make sure I understand what to do, he is very helpful in explaining why these exercises work and what muscles they engage. Really helpful in helping me develop as a professional athlete. Great guy too!

I started having some pain in my foot standing during a long day. I'd already been to North West and gave them a call. Nathan the podiatrist there was really helpful. He diagnosed my problem quickly and made me some custom shoe inserts. Shoes are comfy and the pain is gone.

Very impressed with the ease of online booking and service at North West Physiotherapy. I hurt my upper back / neck on Sunday afternoon and was able to make an appointment for first thing Monday morning through the online system without any hassle. I was also impressed with the physio treatment I received - I felt very comfortable throughout the session and was provided with some practical tips to help alleviate my condition.

I have attended this practice for physio therapy following an injury. The exercises required to aid my recovery (at home) were identified and demonstrated thoroughly. The Pilates classes are small, the therapist will adapt exercises to individual levels of competency with consideration of the client's injury. I would recommend this practice for their professionalism together with the high standards of services provided.
