Regina Sports & Physiotherapy Clinic

I had a Physiotherapy appointment with Alison Deis and it was a fantastic experience. Despite the fact that I was having a really good day and was in significantly less pain when I saw her than I had been in the past few weeks, I never felt like she was minimizing my issues in any way. She did a thorough assessment, gave me strategies for reducing the pain I experience with certain motions, and provided me with some exercises / stretches to do at home. She said she would email me them so that I didn't forget and I was pleasantly surprised that they actually have a portal which she added some personalized reminders to and listed the activities she had suggested, which included detailed explanations of the exercises.

I injured my shoulder at work and was sent to Jen at Regina sports and physio! It’s been a bit since I completed my treatment with her but wanted to leave a review about how amazing my experience was. This woman knew how nervous I was in the beginning and went above and beyond to make me comfortable and work slowly at my own pace. The time she took to educate me on my body and what I could do to continue to progress with my injury is something I still carry with me to this day. I will forever be grateful to her for giving a quality of life back I haven’t had in a long time. I miss seeing her every week and the amazing staff. You all were a true blessing and I thankyou so very very much for all your hard work!

Not good. I honestly felt after reading my reports that they cared more about keeping WCB happy than they cared about me as a patient. Every little thing I said she wrote down. Yes, my bad ever confiding in anyone that's being paid by WC as it will not be in the injuried workers best interest. IMO, that PT was nothing but a "snake in grass". She was so full of herself she couldn't believe it when I told her "I wasn't happy with her". I edited my review down as I don't want that much of my personal medical info out here. I will try to reach out to the owner or just file a complaint with the Physiotherapy Associations.

What a great team here. Super friendly staff, there are smiles behind the masks. Its really nice to be greeted by name when walking in here as well. Jessica Naylen is my physiotherapist and she has been nothing short of excellent. I highly, highly recommend this place. Come see for yourself.
