The Physio Studio - Oshawa

Jennifer is so kind and knowledgeable. I went for my first run today after breaking my foot earlier in the summer, and I owe my success to Jennifer. Life changing.

I've been going to this studio for a few months now and it's been the greatest experience I've had thus far. I've been seeing both Shawn and Lori and they have helped me and my ailments progress through injury. They are always a happy group of individuals wanting to see their clients get better and will do everything in their power to get the intended result.

Messed up my lower back with some squat exercises. Spent a couple days in pain until I went to the Physio Studio. Met with Justin who did a quick assessment and then massaged my lower back and spine and I was able to walk out versus when I hobbled in. Was quick, professional and no pressure to return unless needed. Would recommend.
