Had a great day on the tour, full of relaxation and sunshine. The meals provided were basic, yet filling and the accompanied drinks really added to the meal time experience. The time in the park was plenty and the staff we're all super friendly and communicative. Would definitely recommend, I went as a solo traveller, but groups would enjoy to!
We were at the ship at 7.50am. Boarding began at 8:00. At 8:35 the ship departed only to pick up travelers from elsewhere in the port. Then we sailed 30 minutes to Preko to pick up other travelers again. It wasn't until 9.30am that the last traveler got on board. Then the ship, built in 1954, finally set off on its proper journey at 16 km/h. During the course we got sandwiches and a lunchbox. We saw the Kornati Park only while passing by. We sailed past Telašćica cliffs, but only the smaller ones. Around 12:15 the ship arrived in Dugi Otok port. The ship was leaving at 15:00 so we had 2h 45m to visit the island. The view from the cliffs is great, however, it was not possible to reach the highest cliffs. The salt lake is very overrated. At 3 p.m. the ship set off on its return journey. Of course, he had to drop passengers in 3 places. Our tour ended at 5:45 pm. It's hard to call it a trip, it was more of a very slow ferry.
Meeting point was not easy to find. We did not receive the name of the boat (there are 10 tourist excursion stands and 10 boats) . Breakfast was served without coffee. There were no explanations of the sorroundings on the boat, the speakers/audio quality was horrible. The trip there and back is 6 hours, so there are only 3 hours left to enjoy the island, too less. The lunch was dry and without salad dressing or salt. The staff was very polite. Sorry, but we cannot recommend this excursion.
Amazing trip to Kornati Islands, really beautiful ! Very professional service, good and tasty food. Definetely MUST VISIT during your stay in Zadar, value for money 10/10.
Perfect day 👌🙂
I enjoyed the whole experience very much. The staff was helpful and communicative.
