Ferry was late 45 minutes from Vela Luka to Split. Barely made it to the bus, had to beg the bus driver to wait for people.
Post real times for ferries, this is tragic. Plus the toilet stinks with no soap.
Good service and great people from the kitchen, expecially waiter. Made my day and my appetite. Love this whole boat , so comfy !
Absolutely trash company - we had a ferry booked to go to Hvar which they cancelled on the day (without telling anyone) - we arrived to be told it was the only ferry going there leaving us stranded in Split with no way to get to Hvar and all our hotels paid for in a destination we could not reach. Disgusting company and the woman on their reception/tickets desk was about as unfriendly and unhelpful as its possible to be. If you can avoid this circus of a company, do.
The lady at the international desk 5 was excellent and very helpful
Cancelled my tickets from Split to Hvar without any notice, even though they had my email and phone number.
Ticket office lady wasn't very pleasant and refused to give me a refund, so now my money is gone?
