The bed was very soft, kinda poor quality so we slept very bad. Also is missing the air conditioner. The host was too invasive, with an ambiguous kindness, hands on my wife ect. Keep attention at check-in/out time and also take with you an extra of 150€, for eventual pledge. I didn't read it well on booking and with difficult convinced him to let us enter without. More rules to follow, in the room. *** UPDATE after his answer: Kristjan obviously don't want to admit his comportment, because of feedback and reputation for his business. But really, I don't have interests to say things that didn't happened. The fact you are telling only your half truth, demonstrate your false kindess. I stayed 2 nights, how can I make FOUR bags of garbage, serious? There was 2 bags, one "dirty" in the trash bin. I didn't knew where are the main bins, but the last day c'mon, you told me in a rude way that the appartment was in bad conditions. I even washed the dishes, only towels and bed undone (I repeat, it can be new or whatever, but POOR QUALITY, read other feedbacks!). Because of your rudeness, I didn't wanted to took them out. About the barbecue, why you don't mention that it was unused for long time? I needed to clean it myself before using. Why I need to leave it clean if I didn't find it so? About the pledge, was my mistake to don't read carefully the booking, yes you accepted to leave me without pledge, but very very difficulty. Why you don't say nothing about your exchanges manipulations? I booked for 160€/ 2 nights, why I needed to pay 170,93€? I read other feedbacks with this problem but didn't thought will be my case. You are a false man, and hope people will recognize your true side.

Beautiful place to relax and stay with family. House is near beach just few meters. Friendly staff, clean apartment and green garden with BBQ make this place heaven on earth!
