Great location. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Ask for room on 1st floor. Very narrow steps up to 3rd level. Recommended stay.

This place has the perfect location in the middle of old town Dubrovnik. The room was comfortable, bathroom nice and new-looking and the host was very kind and helpful. Definitely recommend this place for a few days in Dubrovnik.

Unfortunately, I have to give Apartments Zoo 3 out of 5 stars. They could easily have 5 out of 5 stars due to the location, the super nice and accommodating staff, and the beautiful room. But due to the fact that I had to physically walk up and down 5 levels of floors multiple times just to connect to the wifi was a huge pain (there is no elevator, and our room was on the top floor). Also the water heater/boiler for the shower is the smallest I have ever seen. If multiple people need to take a shower, good luck with everyone getting hot water! Lastly, finding the entrance for the first time is somewhat tricky also. Other than that, Apartments Zoo was very nice to stay in.

Nina is extremely helpful as a hostess

Small apartment, but central. The bed is old and the mattress is to change. Missing cooking utensils, old kitchen. Small bathroom and uncomfortable. Unfriendly host, everything happens. Second day in the apartment, they do not clean, we ask for new sheets and we put some dirty and broken, sorry. I do not recommend it to my enemies.
