It is not a recycling center.
It was supposed to be a Mechanical-Biological Treatment plant (MBT), but ended up being a simple mixed waste dump that exudes noxious gasses in a more than 2 km wide radius lowering the quality of life for all people living near it.
The basic enviromental permit has been made null and void the court verdict and the plant should not be allowed to accept any waste.
The stench is spreading along the entire section of the road to Studena and Klana
