Dear Zoran, I am very surprised that you claim that problems have been sorted out with me over email. This is simply not true! You have never replied on my last email, neither did you try to get in touch with me in any other way. You took my deposit even though the issue have not been clarified until today! From a professional charter company I do expect a different behaviour than that. I am chartering boats since 20 years and we have never had these kind of problems with any other company before. Blaming the problem on me won´t change the fact that you have not done a good job. When I charter a boat, I do expect that the boat is in top condition and not that I as a captain have to double check basic things, what kind of service is that? Furthermore, why do you force us to come back to base urgently on the same day through heavy winds and risk our health and safety, if there is no one at the base waiting for us? My recommendation to you is, check your emails again, provide proper replies to the things that went wrong and offer a solution. I am a paying customer and not one of your employees. Maybe you should pay attention on how you communicate with your customers. Helping your clients and listening to them might get you more positive reviews instead of accusing them and giving false information.

One of the best charter companies in Croatia!! Great customer service, and high standard for yacht maintenance. Sailed with Orvas many many times and the level of quality is great and constant! Definitely a recommendation!

BEWARE OF SCAM! This charter ruined our trip to Croatia. Beware of your deposit because they will invent anything to charge you for imaginary damages. They claimed that we only put one mooring on the boat and did not tie it on properly, but luckily my wife had taken photos of everything proving that they were simply lying!! Furthermore, they claimed we had broken the toilets due to using toilet paper - which is comlete bullocks, because they were all working just fine when we left. Without any previous notice they charged us an extra 2000€ from our deposit for issues that were not there when we had left the boat. Next time we will go with a professional charter and not get ripped off!!

This is not a first time that we use Orvas Yachting services and we were happy and satisfied every single time. We usualy use sailing boats, this was first time we used their motoryacht and it was amazing. Though, we find sailing more fun than the motoring. Sincere reccommendations for this charter
