Really good hotel was very happy with their services specially the lady who bring us morning breakfast nice views from the hotel and neighbouring was brilliant but the receptionist are doing fraud because they charge us twice and they charged again saying that you damaged the floor because you moved the table which we didn’t moved it at all so we have full video of the hotel entering time and leaving times now they have sent me pictures saying that you damage the laminate wooden floor which we didn’t. Therefore I recommend people not to pay with card alway pay cash because after that transaction someone order stuff from my card on eBay from the same area so guys always be-careful.

We decided to book a last minute 4-day holiday to Croatia to celebrate my birthday and we were not disappointed. The hotel decor and bedrooms were lovely, a real 5-star outfit. The staff were a particular highlight for us though. They were extremely attentive and were always more than happy to book restaurants/transport and make suggestions for us. The holiday was all the more special as we got engaged on the poolside. Hotel Park's motto is "You are a part of the story" - the hotel and staff will now always be a part of our story. We can't recommend it enough.

Planned our honeymoon to Croatia in June, 2020 and was very excited. Due to COVID-19 the European Union imposed a travel ban to Croatia that ended on July 1st. As a result, we were unable to travel into the country. Although all of our other hotels in Italy and Croatia and airlines were refunded, Hotel Park in Split was the only one that refuses to refund our money. Their explanation was that they were "open". What the hell, I was not able to travel into the country. Still fighting with my travel agent and the hotel to get my money back and its been 4 months. Horrible customer service and they do not disclose their non-refundable agreement. Beware of their terrible customer service!

I am still laughing right now, i called the spa to book a massage and the lady on the phone hang up on me as soon as she heard me speaking english and not croatian. She even didn’t let me finish my sentence. Well, definitly not recommend this spa.

Let us open our own bottle of champagne for our anniversary, restaurant was mid tier (would eat there again but not in a rush) but the rooms have very thin walls!!
