We visited Vinarija Birin while on a holiday to Croatia and it was a lovely experience! We did both a wine tasting and a winery tour. The owner explicitly told us about their different wines and how they create/make it. The owner is such a passionate and sympathetic man. He describes his wine-making process passionately and uses lots of details. It’s very nice to listen to his stories and hear about Birin’s wine making process. Definitely recommended if you like drinking and learning about good wine!

One poor Winery, we were sent from the Hotel Radin from Vodice as a highlight in Vodice to get to know the winery Birin. We came announced 5 people to the Winery to taste the wines, so it was imagined. When we came to the Winery, we were greeted by a young gentleman, owner of Birin Winery, a very kind young gentleman who is very happy to present his wines in bottles, and so he presented his winery to us as a difficult path as the winery was created. He talked a lot about his wines that he produces, we were very curious to meet the winery from Vodice quality wines. the presentation of their products sounded very nice to us, but after 40 minutes we expected that this Winemaker would offer us a glass of wine to taste, but it didn't happen. when the gentleman told us all about his wines, the next question was how many bottles of which variety do you want to buy, we asked him for a wine tasting, because we can't buy something we haven't tasted, his answer was, the tasting costs 150 kuna. As wine lovers, we have visited many wineries in the Republic of Croatia from Istria to Southern Dalmatia. We were greeted everywhere in the Croatian way, with a full glass and nice words. Unfortunately, I would not recommend the Birin Winery from Vodice to anyone, such a stingy Boss and Winemaker, that it is not possible to set aside one Barrel of Wine for the Winery's visitors, for people to taste what they are buying, it is unfortunate. We were near the Bibich Winery in Skradin, Mr. Owner Alen Bibić, presented us his Winery and his Wine Cellars with free tasting as a real Winemaker and Boss, everything we wanted we tasted with him, it is a real Winemaker and A boss who wants to present his Wine. We were very positively surprised by Bibich Winery, and we bought Vina for hundreds of euros because we tasted what we were buying. Mr. Vinar from Vodice Birin did not sell us a single bottle of Wine, because he was the Owner and Owner of the Winery to open a bottle of Wine to taste, they would buy it. Mr. Birin if you want to sell your Wines, you have to be a good Boss, who knows how to greet his guests like a real Boss, you are obviously too stingy to offer a glass of wine, but it is so sad, no one who comes to the Winery wants a few drops of your wine, than he wants and tastes what he buys. What we have experienced with you is sad for Croatian Wine. You have to work on your stinginess, that's not the way to do business.
