In addition they provide a seamless service, including arranging the legal paperwork and translation. Their English is perfect, their attitude is positive and that's why they not only have local clientele but also people from abroad who wish to make Dalmatia their second home.

If you are looking to purchase a property in Croatia, and don’t know where to start… these are your guys!!! We recently purchased some property and Emil and Ani made it so simple, smooth and easy. They are one of the few licensed agencies around, are fluent in English (including all documents), and they have an in-house lawyer/judge. Our purchase/ transaction was stress free and easy, and they went above and beyond during the entire process and afterwards with helping us setup everything we needed as far as insurance, banking, vacation home registration, moving company, utility/ waste removal services… I mean they are the complete package, and we feel very fortunate to have come across them!!
