Very nice hotel. Has its own piece of beach just downstairs outside. The water is good, very clean and transparent. There’s no sand, but you have to wear slippers at the beach. There are two supermarkets near hotel, Ribola and Tommy. The room had no fridge, was the only disadvantage. There’s a bus stop near hotel, it costs only about 2,50€ to get to the center of Split.

Very happy with our stay here! Love the owner and how accommodating he was to our situation. Our room was great and the restaurant was the best one we went to while in Croatia. Thanks!

One of the best experience we had my family and I. they recently open the place when we had the pleasure to spend 5 days with them, they where very helpful and loving with my daughter, they made us feel at home and always served with a smile, very clean and organized. We loved it! Completely in love! 😍😘

This is the definition of hospitality, simply the best ! the owner Tony is awesome and very accommodating. Location wise you can't get closer to the beach, you walk out the bottom floor and its literally RIGHT THERE. The food in the restaurant is some of the best we have had in Croatia and super inexpensive. There is parking, a supermarket across the street and the less than 10 min drive from downtown split. I can't say enough good things about this place. STAY HERE ! :D You will be not be dissapointed.
