Our large multi-generational family stayed at the Beach House for a week in July 2018. We could not have had a better experience! The house itself was impeccable, with every detail well-thought out. It was very clean and extremely comfortable. The lovely beach-y details in the decor and amenities took this vacation home to the next level. The location of the house is extremely private, yet convenient to the nearby beaches and the town of Bol. There is not an inch of wasted space at the Beach House, with a great open plan on the main floor leading to a deck looking onto the Adriatic, where you will spend hours and hours relaxing. The pool was amazing for the kids to play in and for the adults to lounge around. We would not hesitate to recommend the Beach House!

Simply excellent. The place is exactly as described by owners and in some aspects even better. We found the place impeccably clean on arrival and sheets were changed twice during our 12 nights stay. Clean towels were provided regularly. The owners are always ready to help you in all needs. The location could not be better since it is in a very quite area but still close to Zlatni Rat beach and Bol center. It was definitely a wonderful experience staying in this Villa. The kids loved the pool which was very clean all the time. Thumbs up to Bevan family for amazing property.

Simply couldn't be better. The Beach House was exactly as advertised, the photos barely do justice to the house and grounds. Top of the range appliances, bedding etc, excellent wifi throughout the property and around the pool area (important to some these days). Excellent location, just a perfect stroll down to the beautiful village of Bol, with all that has to offer. 5 stars.

Three generations stayed at The Beach House in 2018. The house is exceptional: The most stunning sea views and excellent facilities including a pool house with great sized pool. The house is very well located for a leisurely walk into the centre of Bol and to Zlatni Rat beach. We all loved our time here and wouldn't hesitate to re-book.

An amazing place to stay. Beautifully appointed. Nice large pool with fully equipped poolside kitchen in addition to the main kitchen. The pool area has 9 sun loungers and a dining table and it's own lavatory. The main building has four en-suite double bedrooms (one with two double beds) downstairs. Each bedroom has direct access to the garden. Upstairs is the lounge and kitchen and the outdoor terrace with sofas, rocking chairs and a large dining table. There is a mezzanine level in the lounge with a day bed. Each bedroom has its own air-conditioning unit, so everyone can control the temperature to their liking. The famous Zlatni Rat beach is the closest and is about a 15 minute walk away. The house is very private with amazing views of the water and over to Hvar island. A taxi to or from the centre of town is about 80 Kuna (Sep 2018). There are lots of great restaurants in town. The famous Mali Raj restaurant and Club 585 (which hosts big name DJs like Pete Tong and David Morales) are just by Zlatni Rat beach, so less than 15 mins away. Two gripes: the WiFi is pretty slow and the showers are a bit cramped. I'd stay again, though.
