Beach: perfect, also for children. Warm and clean. Venue: perfect, pools and slides. Room: ok, not really meeting 4 stars: medium-sized TV, noisy air-conditioning, bugs in the bathroom, interior design according to late 90s. But bed is good and large enough. Restaurant: disastrous!!! Menu is below criticism both in terms of quality and variety, no air-conditioning but open doors and windows with 32 degrees outside and very soon inside, too (Felt really sorry about the staff). Meeting 2 or 3 stars standard, only. (Strongly recommend the staff to revise menu!) Bar: could not get an icecoffee in the bar, very poor offering for wines. Again, not meeting 4-star-level...

Hotel is really very nice (parking, nice place, restaurants in near area, nice pool). Unfortunatelly service-people in 90% is unkind - only when the main manager is on the place, they trying to be nice. Room-service nice and very good. I had a room with breakfast (juices very cheap and "synthetic") and dinner (no drincks, only for money - very expensive). No drink-water in the room, no boiling pot. Bed for a small kid as a standard single bed). The temperature of air-condition in the room is locked - it can be only set on/off. The electric sockets are only as a flat version - standard laptop cannot be charged. Small damages are not repaired. Meals not varied, each day the same.

Beautiful hotel for holidays with the family. Great rooms and we'll maintained. We had a great time spending our holidays, lot of things to do. However sad that the setup of the food really makes it a factory feel and... there is no prevention against fellow guests claiming their sunbeds in the morning.
