More than 3 years was the first time, when we rent a villa and after that we returned every year, because: Villa Maja has a fantastic design. It has 8 minutes walk from the center and has a fewest neighborhood for a perfcet holiday. The inside kitchen is well equipped, but the outside kitchen is the perfect for a holiday. The bedrooms on upstairs are nice, comfortable and each equipped with separatly bathroom. The two differential terrace is also amazing, one of perfect for family and the other for the morning coffe with perfect seaview. The pool is all-day(and night with the lighting) program for the childrens and so can have relax also the parents. Sauna was an extra suprise for me! Cleanliness is not a question in the house or at the pool, perfect! The sunbeds and small things, toy's for the childrens also are nice and in good conditions. Near from the House is many restaurants and bars, it must be probe(what Toni's recommend) for lunch, dinner or breakfest. Perfect choice for family!

My family has visited Istria the past two summers and have stayed with Villsy both times - Vrsar and Prkačini - and we couldn't be happier! The houses we stayed at were very charming and extremely cozy as well. Most importantly though, the hosts were more than welcoming and really were the cherry on top. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, including the technology for the kids. We highly recommend making Croatia your next destination; but in Istria you can't go wrong with Villsy. We'll certainly be staying with them again!

We stayed at Villa Sara last summer and we were absolutely amazed by the quality and the attention to detail in the villa, it is a smart home with automated blinds and lighting! The villa is well equipped with plenty of appliances and a large fridge freezer! My favourite thing about the villa were the views from our bedroom balcony, absolutely amazing! Toni and Suzi were absolutely outstandingly attentive hosts, always responded quickly to any questions and very helpful with recommendations about dining, entertainment in the area etc.! The villa is very luxurious and spacious inside and out with a great pool and outside area is also amazing with lots of sun beds to chill out on and enjoy sun rays! The outdoor grill area is great and also has a very practical outside basin! 👌 Vrsar is an amazing busy little town with lots of great restaurants, nice walks through the town and a marina, a couple of small but nice beaches walking distance and also good entertainment for children. Also there is so much to do in the surrounding area definitely worth visiting places like Rovinj or Porec! We have had an amazing 10 days there and returning back this year as we loved it so much and there’s much more for us to explore in the area!
