In the two cases I entrusted to him for which he had final convictions for criminal offenses of fraud in business operations for which the perpetrators were conditionally sentenced to imprisonment if he did not compensate the damage not only did nothing to collect it but in agreement with the convicts did not seeks the revocation of suspended prison sentences but already allows the judgment to become statute-barred and not even initiate enforcement, all for the purpose of obtaining personal material gain to the detriment of the client. I reported him to the court of honor of HOK, which, despite the submitted evidence, acquits him of all guilt.
