A refreshing cooling in the truest sense of the word is to take just down by the small lake of the small waterfall in summer after half the circular hike. Attention: You should be used to going to the Baltic Sea for example in winter (even if only for 1-2 minutes 1-2)

This small (smallest) waterfall with the colorful lake in the valley behind the mountain hut (with parking) and the old hydroelectric power station still in operation is also good to reach with small children. This has even in dry summers to at least a visible size. The Water very cool and refreshing. The green and blue tones / colors in the nature reserve are a feast for the eyes due to the humidity in combination with the sun.
