I sincerely hoped and believed that by your judgment you would point out the illegality and irregularity of the tax authority, however, you affirmed something that even the tax authority itself gave an opinion to and warned and asked its officials to be careful about ascertaining the material truth and taking care on the cost-effectiveness of procedures. I have studied a number of judgments from the practice of administrative courts against the Ministry of Finance, and all that has been the reason for others to admit a claim in my case has been ignored in my case. The Institute of Appraisal is repressive and educational in nature, which means that the taxpayer should be smart and warned that he or she is doing business properly in the future. Gentlemen, my dear, what was the basis in my case, is it $ 28.00 in taxes? Instead of pointing out coherence and irregularity, as a reward for nine years of harassment and intellectual rape, you award a court fee of $ 1,000.00. How are you not ashamed?
