The staff is very, very friendly there is a lot for pets and the prices are affordable ... I liked it

Everything you need for dogs, cats and other small furry and feathered friends. Prices are in accordance with all zoo centers. Too little space. Staff friendly.

The saleswoman is kind and provides information. As far as I've seen they have a lot of products to sell.

Today we were at ZOO Shop Masha for the first time and the first thing we were greeted with was a very nice and sweet girl named Ines who was very patient, very helpful and gave us great tips and information we needed. Compared to other zoos, the "well-known" ones are priced more than affordable, an excellent wide range of all assortments and a very comfortable atmosphere in the store itself. I recommend anyone who does not like intrusive, "omniscient" workers to visit this store and be pleasantly surprised. In addition to the products we purchased, we also received sample samples of other foods and discount labels. I definitely recommend it to all animal lovers and I will definitely come back to them every time!
