We have been buying footwear for the whole family for years. We never took anything back because the children were used or outgrown within a reasonable time. April 2019 On the 5th, I bought my little boy a Puma shoe for $ 10,000. He could wear 6 times because he wore another one because of the many rainy weeks. Today we had to take it back (Jun 2) because the upper part of the upper part of the rubber sole is pulled out. 2 cm. The seller said he would be sent for testing (21 business days) and then started filling out the form. He was asked to wash. It was cleaned with a sponge and then wiped with a wet rinse as always. He smelled and said, "I'll tell you that they will be rejected!" Why? Because you have a rinse scent? Because I'm not cleaning Deichmann's 3000 Ft foam? We bought all kinds of shoes in more places, more brands, but after 6 occasions we have never lost our shoes! In the absence of experts, sellers will be advised that they will be refused ?! No, thank you, we don't need it! I was very disappointed at Deichmann and we didn't buy more!

There are few sellers. Every shoe you want to try is the only one you find on the shelves, because you have to "ask" the pair ... After the third shoe test, you are dreaming that the sellers look like a piece of shit because who needs them run out of the warehouse ... The reason they had a lot of theft ... Then I need a security guard and not the buyer / seller to put this inconvenience ... When purchasing, they force the extras (shoe nurses, inserts ... ) after indicating that they already have it at home, they pull their mouths, that they will certainly ruin without them, which is recommended, and forget the guarantee without it ... What is it? Do not just store in the box, buy shoes, or have no guarantee? Joke...

Because: What we bought shoes began to peel off the soles .... Around September, we bought a long-legged winter shoe. We bought it, I didn't use it for 2 months because I didn't have to! But after that I started using it day in and day out! After about 1 month my soles came down ... I took it back "they did it" 😂 which was a small strip of black it did not very dark blue; "D He made the sole ... He really did it, he lasted another 2 months. And he said, "khmm when the problem is even smaller you can bring it back" Please, it was Friday when it started coming down, I think ... I already took it on Saturday ... I asked what shoes were changed back? Says: manufacturing defect xD Are you not manufacturing a fault that has 1 month before repairing the shoes? Isn't it manufacturing wrong for you to make a filter? Pocsékolsz? I would love for someone working at Deichman to respond if they know something! Of course he can't do this, but a lot of workers could put strength on the manufacturer !! If anyone is working on a production line or has anything to do with it please write juice please! ;) I think this will be deleted as it is not 5 * :) I don’t think I’m the only one at war with shoe stores! Not an acquaintance of mine says that! ;) I don’t think only we’re going to come up with a “no” manufacturing defect!
