Horrible service! Rude delivery boy, who is misusing electronic signature introduced due to COVID for not to provide the delivery service. This allows them to keep any packages and claim that they did deliver it since it's electronic signature. I would advice using other reliable service providers.

About the package I ordered, the courier texted a 3-hour interval when it was expected to pick it up. I knew at the beginning of the day that I wouldn’t be home yet, but I called and told him in advance and then flexibly offered me another date to see when he would come back then. He was very kind to handle the situation flexibly so so far my opinion is only positive.

Unfortunately, I do not have a good experience with all GLS couriers. Many times they don't come to my street because there is a lot of traffic, they are at the delivery address by pressing only one of the two bell buttons, they don't call, they don't come back, they send the recipient to the warehouse knowing that there is no package delivery at the warehouse, they put a phone next to them or hold a conference call because they couldn’t even make a phone call after 30 minutes of trying. Should I list more? But there are also good experiences, I will not generalize, but fortunately bad experiences are less, but we should learn from this, because bad memories last longer ..........

The courier did not arrive at the specified time (13-16 o'clock), but did not call. Personally, I tried to pick up the package from the center the next day, but they refused to release the package there, citing the situation. Did I ask to receive my package? The answer: no way! Gane Logistics Destiny .... avoid them
