Louis Vuitton

So far, this is the worst Louis Vuitton experience I have ever been through. Me and my girlfriend have already been to LV Paris, LV Palma, LV London and this one was the fourth we went to. First of all, there was a gate which was locked whenever anyone entered or left the shop. After that, me and my girlfriend wanted to have a free look around the shop and we were told to get into the line like kids in pre-school. The host asked us whether we would like to buy anything, so my girlfriend said it depends whether they have it. The host just opened her hands and said of course - you have to wait. We waited for 10 minutes and then my girlfriend took out her phone to show the host a picture of a Neverfull PM, checkered, pink inside and asked whether they have it in stock. The host was clueless and told us to keep waiting for an advisor. Finally, after 25 minutes of waiting we were approached by a tall lady who took us to the desk. We questioned about the bag which they did not have in stock. We expected this, as Neverfull PM is not the easiest to find. We did try to ask for comparisons, for explanation of the product (the lady pulled a face and said it’s “small”). They did have Neverfull GM in stock, which I did mention but the sales advisor did not want to waste any more of her precious time showing me that bag. My girlfriend wanted to see the quality of it and how it looks in the flesh. We would then get the idea of what the PM is like in terms of quality. We have also seen a couple of customers looking at a neverfull MM on the other side of the store which they did not purchase. The advisor could have showed us this one but again - said there was nothing else they had. I work in sales - automotive industry. I sell products which are of a lot higher value and I would never treat customers the way we were treated in this LV shop. I felt like a thief (waiting in queue and locked gate), a child (waiting in a queue being told we cannot do this or that), and a time waster (we felt looked down on by a couple of staff members). We have never experienced anything like it before and I believe experience in a high quality product store such as Louis Vuitton should always be magnificent. The truth is you get better experience in some Polo Ralph Lauren which is premium but not luxury. EDIT: Ended up buying 2 bags sometime ago directly from LV Paris.

Dog friendly, we had a very nice experience shopping. Also very helpful staff, willing to help and make nice suggestions!

The phone number listed here is useless. They never answer it. It is fine if they have sales people, but then remove the number from here.

Unbelievably slow service every time, if you want to buy something you must wait minimum half an hour. Ppl expect much more from a luxury brand......
