Terrible! Employees talk, no matter how customers stand there without advice. Because the prices are not written out properly. I had a hard time calling a salesman there who said he saw chaos here. But unfortunately he didn't understand that. He could not send a colleague who could help. I came. I went through the autonics where where an employee immediately came to help with everything. I noticed a big headache in the Tatabánya store. If I can, I'll avoid it!

We ordered a Sharp dryer from the Media Markt webshop that broke down on first use. At the telephone customer service, I received the information that I could take it back to the local Media Markt and get my money back, in full, or, if I thought, I could choose another machine. So it was. The lady at the sales / customer service desk arranged the price refund very kindly and quickly. They are flexible and fast. Merry Christmas to them! :)

It is not possible to give 0 ratings ... because the “situation” there is equal to 0. We went in on Saturday to buy a coffee maker more precisely, we just wanted such a grinding touch screen miracle, so not the 2,000 HUF rattle .. one of the nice “salesmen” with a frog in front of the ominous machines and it just hit him that we were standing there waiting to get tired of it and maybe look at the offer, from there he taught the other dear sales lady, fitting how much they didn't like a colleague ... to ask what our mother would like I waited because in the competition this other extreme rad jump 6 an if you put your foot down but this, it's a joke, not not the more rude and uncritical, max in the market I could imagine these skilled employees but I don't think they stop there either their place .... needless to say we turned around, more competition and the six sellers around our necks, there can also be left to note no small money 🤷‍♀️
