Just walked in to enquery about the shoes and price range etc. The personel was verymuch bored I was the only one in the shop looked like she is not expecting me to be a potential customer. Answered my questions but she was not really keen to sell to me anything or asking me what I am looking for generally really. I was very much enthusiastic before I entered the store since the shoes looked high quality however now the customer service made me thinking twice if I woul dbe welcomed as a customer at all ? :( May beI was not dressed as a potential customer lol ?

Slow at times and hard to receive answers. Shoes are also not what they used to be 7-10 years ago...The heels have gotten bigger, the welt is larger and sizing is almost always wrong. I sold all my recent orders and kept a few shoes from years past, when completed shoes were tighter more refined with smaller heels and narrower waist. Vass is still decent shoemaker but my advise would be to not make special orders and just buy stock. And always try it on first even if you have experience with Vass .

Top of the class. Bespoke and custom shoes hand-made from the finest materials. These shoes literally last decades in great shape. My personal experience with multiple pairs. Vass is a long-time master of premium shoes, also the favourite shoemaker of the Prime Minister. Several locations in Budapest, but the original home of Vass shoes is the small shop at the western end of Harris koz.
