If I could give 0 stars, I would give it a shame that I only read the reviews afterwards! I don't know who manages this website or who works with the customer service, but their whole system is definitely unsuitable for ordering abroad (to Austria)! It has already been mentioned in other opinions that ordering abroad is problematic, I join those who have spoken before me. I placed an order in Austria a week and a half ago because I saw on the website that it is possible for it, for a delivery fee. The jacket was paid in advance and the non-cheap shipping cost was also paid. I checked directly in the confirmation e-mail whether the data and the delivery address are correct. Everything was fine, Austria was listed as well as all the other data. I got a package number. After 2 working days I have already looked at the gls page to see where the package is, as I often order from other sites in Hungary and in a maximum of 2 working days I have everything with Glss and Dpd here, without any problems. I was struck that based on the given number of directions, Gls wanted to deliver the package in Hungary, of course without success. I called the customer service, I also wrote an e-mail and I got the answer that for some reason they tried to deliver the package to the wrong address (based on the given number in the Hungarian city) and if they received the package back, I will send it back to the correct address and get a new package number. I received an email from them today that the package was returned to them, and if I still want the jacket, I should place a brand new order and return the price of my old order (I hope including the expensive unnecessary shipping cost ?!) It's all nice and good, including the nonsense of the nonsensical template (sorry for the inconvenience) but here I don't think you should apologize, you should put more energy into getting the ordered product to the customer, or the right address for the package! I don't understand why I would have to place another order for 42,000 forints, when I had a trip and I didn't get a coat, I don't think they would be able to get them to me for the second time, although I don't think it's a big deal let everything on netrol. Or the jacket I ordered is no longer available on the website and if it were up there it wouldn't be at the special price anymore! So they gave me some good advice on what not to say. I will be wondering how much money they will refund and when, but if that is not okay, then I will definitely not contact their customer service .... I do not recommend it to anyone who would order from them abroad! I hope someone else can read the reviews in time ... Ui.
