I bought my second MBT running shoe. I used the first one for 2 years, so I thought I’d buy a race shoe. After 4 months (300 - 400 km) his soles wore off. When I took it back, since I have a 6 month warranty on it, I waited 2.5 weeks for something to happen. My letters were not answered, no one could give any information over the phone. According to expert opinion, it could not be repaired, but I did not receive a replacement because I allegedly did not use it as intended. I ask the running shoes are not for running because I was only on training and racing on my feet! Unfortunately, as I am not helpful, I am forced to turn to consumer protection.
