The rainbow inn is a great place to stay. I stayed with a group of 9 people including me and our experience was very comfortable. It is located very centrally in Kasol and right behind the inn is the trek to Chalal. Food quality was satisfactory but beware of the night curfew due to which after 8:00 you can’t get anything to eat practically anywhere.

Nice loc at centre of the village/ town, clean rooms and washrooms, reasonable price but 1 star less for having a silly additional charge to get a Room heater. Really sic of u guys. At a cold place when there's a steep dip in temperature and its raining, the hotel wants extra money to provide u a Room Heater. Now How crazy is that !!!

As of oct 2020, it's a good place to stay locationwise but very expensive and pathetic food. They are also taking advantage of being popular by having very expensive rooms
